Marketing Manager & Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager & Team Leader to drive our brand’s growth and oversee a high‑performing marketing team. In this role you will shape strategy, coordinate multi‑channel campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives while fostering creativity and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support overall business goals.
• Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team, setting performance targets and monitoring results.
• Plan, execute and optimise both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Oversee social media, content marketing, advertising and branding initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, generate detailed reports and use data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
