Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will drive the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy across all channels. This role is responsible for expanding distribution, strengthening the brand, and ensuring seamless integration between physical retail and e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans to meet growth targets and expand distribution channels.
• Lead brand‑building initiatives to enhance equity and secure long‑term supplier partnerships.
• Optimize organizational structure and commercial plans to achieve business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, covering pricing, marketing support and promotions.
• Conceptualize and launch innovative retail concepts that integrate with the e‑commerce platform for an omnichannel experience.
• Define and execute experiential customer‑engagement initiatives and new store formats.
• Build strategic partnerships with global and regional premium brands.
• Represent the department in high‑level negotiations and business reviews with key partners.
• Lead the omnichannel strategy, aligning physical retail, e‑commerce, CRM, loyalty programs and customer service.
• Oversee business transformation projects that improve operational efficiency and the customer journey.
• Monitor commercial and operational performance across all sales channels and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Champion premium customer‑care standards and oversee loyalty programs to strengthen retention.
