Marketing Manager – Fast‑Growing QSR Brand

About the role

Sandwich W Noss, a rapidly expanding quick‑service restaurant brand in Lebanon, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute its end‑to‑end marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with operations, purchasing and branch teams to turn marketing plans into footfall and revenue across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a full‑funnel marketing strategy across digital, social and on‑ground activations.
• Plan and run branch‑level activations (in‑branch, street, event‑based) to boost traffic, especially for under‑performing locations.
• Manage social media content calendars, campaigns and community engagement on all platforms.
• Analyse branch sales data (graded A‑D) to tailor location‑specific marketing pushes.
• Create marketing plans for new product launches and menu updates.
• Collaborate with the CEO on brand positioning and international franchising plans.
• Oversee the marketing budget, reporting ROI and CAC for each campaign.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers and vendors as needed.
• Generate creative, out‑of‑the‑box ideas that differentiate the brand in a competitive QSR market.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B or QSR sector.
• Proven track record of planning and executing on‑ground activations and digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with sales data and measuring marketing spend.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (French a plus).
• Creative thinker who challenges conventions and drives results.
