Marketing Executive – Partnerships & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to drive partnership initiatives, affiliate programs, loyalty campaigns, and communications across the Basatne Group ecosystem. You will work closely with managers, business development, and external partners to create compelling value propositions and increase brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners such as banks, airlines, telecom operators, fintech firms, retailers, and affiliate networks.
• Support partnership discussions, negotiate opportunities, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Maintain a partnership pipeline and track progress against business objectives.
• Launch and coordinate loyalty and rewards programs, including miles, cashback, referral, and employee incentive initiatives.
• Research, recruit, and manage affiliate and performance‑marketing partners, monitoring performance and recommending optimisations.
• Prepare partnership announcements, presentations, marketing materials, and communication plans.
• Coordinate social‑media activities and co‑marketing campaigns with partners.
• Track partnership performance, prepare monthly reports, and conduct market research on loyalty, fintech, and affiliate trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms.
• Ability to create presentations using standard software.
