Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Matta is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience to support planning, execution, and coordination of marketing activities across digital, traditional, content, events, and communications. The role demands organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, resources, and vendors.
• Manage social media accounts, create content, engage communities, run ads, and handle crisis situations.
• Support email marketing, website updates, SEO/SEM implementation, and Google Ads management.
• Create, edit, and distribute content, maintain content calendars, and ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct market and competitive research, compile reports, and track brand performance.
• Coordinate traditional media activities, press releases, and media outreach.
• Help plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars, handling logistics and post‑event communications.
• Provide administrative support, manage budgets, and maintain marketing supplies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
