Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day execution of marketing activities for a fast‑moving restaurant technology business. Working between the internal marketing team, sales, external agencies and clients, the role ensures content, campaigns, events and reporting stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for content, creative, PR and media agencies working on clients' behalf.
• Brief agencies on campaign objectives, timelines and brand guidelines; review and approve deliverables before they go live.
• Track agency performance against agreed KPIs and flag delays, quality gaps, or budget overruns early.
• Coordinate approval workflows between agencies and internal stakeholders to keep production cycles moving.
• Manage the marketing calendar across content, campaigns, product launches and partnerships.
• Support the execution of digital campaigns (social, paid ads, email, and website updates) in partnership with agency teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across all external‑facing materials and across client markets and languages.
• Help develop partnerships with restaurant clients, coordinating joint campaigns and announcements that support client growth.
• Assist restaurant clients as they launch on the platform, coordinating brand assets and promoting branded apps, offers and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate co‑marketing with integration and POS partners, including joint content that extends client reach among restaurants.
• Compile performance reports (reach, engagement, lead generation, ROI) from agency data and internal analytics tools.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoicing coordination across agency contracts.
• Support sales and business development with marketing collateral, case studies and pitch materials.
• Coordinate logistics for events, sponsorships and industry conferences.
