Marketing Manager

About the role

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the value and performance of MEPTICO’s brands and products, ensuring growth in market share and brand reputation while aligning with the company’s overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing activities for brands such as Darina, Domo, Puidor and other MEPTICO brands.
• Build strategic relationships and partnership agreements with key industry players and vendors.
• Participate in pricing strategy development to support profitability.
• Plan and monitor BTL activities, sponsorships and events to ensure efficient brand support.
• Define product performance parameters, cost, price constraints and sales forecasts in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Generate monthly brand performance reports, assessing ROI and other indicators.
• Oversee graphic design work and coordinate with the Art Director on packaging, displays, catalogues and brochures.
• Lead ATL campaigns (billboards, TV, etc.) and report on their performance.
• Lead a team of marketers, set quarterly social media plans and monitor online sales activities.
• Identify cost‑saving initiatives and contribute to long‑term company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the food industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong interactive communication, planning, decision‑making and influence skills.

Required skills

• Proficient with office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Computer literate – comfortable using email and internet tools.
