Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

Liaison, which has supported higher education institutions for three decades through services such as CAS, EMP, SlideRoom, Time2Track, TargetX and Othot, is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist. The role builds, runs and optimizes multi-channel marketing workflows across email, landing pages and CRM integrations, working closely with the Manager of Marketing Technology, campaign architects and client-facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy marketing campaigns in automation platforms, set up complex workflows, triggers and dynamic content, and track segmentation and data flows
• Maintain integrations between the marketing automation platform (EMP) and CRM systems (e.g. TargetX) and implement segmentation based on appended household data
• Run A/B tests, monitor deliverability, open rates and click-through rates, and work with the Marketing Technology Architect on email deliverability
• Manage day-to-day tasks on the Enrollment Marketing Platform, troubleshoot issues and help development teams fix bugs
• Support Client Success and Project Management teams and help new campaign architects map segments and cadence

Required profile

• 2+ years in marketing automation or digital marketing, ideally in higher education or a B2B agency
• Analytical skills: data analysis, A/B testing and campaign performance reporting
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
