Marketing and Content Associate

About the role

Ark Energy is an advisory firm focused on energy efficiency, digitalization and decarbonization, using AI to automate its clients' energy management workflows. It is looking for a resourceful, creative and driven marketing professional or student to support the team in developing and running its marketing activities. The role is part-time, office and hybrid, based in Lebanon, and suits a university student, fresh graduate or junior candidate interested in marketing, digital content, technology, energy, sustainability and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Prepare posts, graphics, presentations, brochures, one-pagers and other marketing collateral
• Produce short videos, promotional materials and YouTube content using tools such as Higgsfield, Seadance, Claude and ChatGPT
• Maintain website content with weekly updates and convert technical and engineering information into simple marketing copy
• Keep a marketing content calendar and organize marketing materials
• Help the BD consultant run marketing communication campaigns for clients, partners and stakeholders
• Monitor social media and marketing performance and suggest improvements
• Use AI and digital tools to improve marketing efficiency and bring new creative ideas

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field, or a recent graduate
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content development, social media and AI
• Good writing and communication skills in English, Arabic, French and other languages
• Portfolio, university projects, personal projects, social media pages or previous marketing/internship experience is a plus

Required skills

• Good understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, CapCut, Adobe or similar tools is preferred
• Resourceful, proactive, team player with strong interpersonal skills
