About the role

Antal International is expanding its footprint in Lebanon and seeks an ambitious Managing Partner to launch and lead a new office under its globally recognized brand. This entrepreneurial role offers the chance to build a recruitment business from the ground up, leveraging Antal’s proven methodologies and extensive resources.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a new Antal office in Lebanon, overseeing all operational aspects.
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients to deliver international hiring solutions.
• Leverage Antal’s global network and technology platforms to source and place qualified candidates.
• Drive business growth through strategic networking, market analysis, and service promotion.
• Ensure compliance with Antal’s standards, processes, and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in a managerial or specialist role.
