About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Operations Specialist to support our US‑based operations while working on‑site in Jdaideh. The role combines vendor management, procurement, and technical coordination to ensure timely maintenance services across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source qualified service providers nationwide and build long‑term partnerships.
• Negotiate rates, coordinate schedules, and confirm technical assessments through calls and email.
• Analyze data and repair options to produce accurate technical quotes and work plans.
• Manage procurement of materials, components, and equipment, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Maintain internal systems with up‑to‑date documentation, photos, invoices, and approvals.
