Legal Intern

About the role

Antoine Saad Law Firm, a well‑established Lebanese practice with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a motivated Legal Intern. The intern will support the firm’s team of licensed lawyers, gaining hands‑on exposure to a wide range of legal matters while contributing to client services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Lebanese statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Support the preparation of court filings and procedural submissions.
• Attend client meetings and take detailed notes for case files.
• Help organize and maintain case files, ensuring deadlines are monitored.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program or a recent graduate.
• Strong academic record and genuine interest in the Lebanese legal system.
• Ability to work under supervision and handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Drafting of legal documents and contracts.
• Familiarity with Lebanese civil and commercial law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Basic understanding of court procedures and filing requirements.
