Key Account Executive – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow our key retail accounts in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will work with major retail chains, supermarkets, pharmacies and independent retailers across Lebanon, driving brand presence and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned key accounts, building strong relationships with buyers and decision‑makers.
• Negotiate listings, promotions, pricing and commercial agreements.
• Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities and ensure product availability.
• Oversee in‑store execution, merchandising and coordinate with sales, merchandising, logistics and finance teams.
• Prepare account reviews, forecasts and performance reports.
• Follow up on customer payments and resolve commercial issues.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
