Junior Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Junior Video Editor to join Dare21, a fast‑growing digital marketing and creative agency. The role offers hands‑on experience producing short‑form and long‑form video content for social media platforms and real brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Assemble raw footage, add captions, transitions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics as required.
• Collaborate with content creators, videographers, designers, and account managers to meet deadlines.
• Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while maintaining organized project files.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of video‑editing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio, university projects, personal projects, or social‑media samples are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of social‑media content formats and trends.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects (nice to have).
