Junior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Deye MENA is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join its renewable energy team in Beirut. You will provide expert guidance on Deye inverters, batteries, and energy‑storage systems, helping clients select the right products and design optimal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance on product selection, system sizing, and design considerations for solar PV and storage projects.
• Explain product features and specifications to engineering teams, distributors, installers, and consultants.
• Participate in pre‑sales meetings to ensure accurate understanding of Deye solutions.
• Conduct training seminars, workshops, and webinars for engineers, installers, and technicians.
• Develop training materials, guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, After‑Sales, Sales, and Marketing teams to align messaging and support field feedback.
• Represent Deye at exhibitions, roadshows, and technical events across the Middle East.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Power Systems or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in the solar PV or energy‑storage industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Middle East.

Required skills

• Knowledge of solar inverters and battery technologies.
• Understanding of hybrid/off‑grid systems and system design.
• Technical pre‑sales experience.
• Ability to deliver technical training and seminars.
• Familiarity with Deye products such as inverters, batteries, BMS and EMS (advantageous).
