Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing recruitment team. This position focuses on high‑volume, blue‑collar hiring and requires a proactive, people‑oriented approach. You will work onsite in Sin El Fil, Lebanon, with flexible evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle bulk recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously, emphasizing blue‑collar and operational roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, WhatsApp communities, and other creative channels.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and direct outreach to quickly build large candidate pipelines.
• Screen large numbers of applicants, conduct initial interviews, shortlist qualified profiles, and keep the pipeline active.
• Develop new sourcing channels and continuously find innovative ways to reach passive candidates.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
• Proven experience in bulk/high‑volume recruitment.
• Strong network and connections within the Lebanese talent market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, target‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
