Junior Scrum Master

About the role

TECHVITIS is looking for a motivated Junior Scrum Master to support agile teams in delivering high‑value products. This entry‑level position offers the chance to grow leadership skills while helping teams adopt Agile best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support teams in following Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to keep the backlog well‑groomed and prioritized.
• Identify and help remove impediments that block progress.
• Track team performance using Agile metrics and promote transparency.
• Foster a collaborative, self‑organising, high‑trust environment.
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation.
• (For experienced candidates) Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑1 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or similar role.
• Basic understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
