Junior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team and help build custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior developers and business analysts, gaining hands‑on experience with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce and LWC.
• Support senior developers in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Help implement and troubleshoot integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, user stories and development notes.
• Support deployment activities and provide post‑deployment debugging and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience or equivalent academic/internship experience.
• Strong motivation to learn, good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Passion for technology and willingness to receive mentorship.

Required skills

• Apex programming.
• Visualforce pages.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Understanding of Salesforce data model.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or in progress).
