Junior Sales Representative

About the role

The Junior Sales Representative will be contacting clients, evaluating their responses and interest levels, and reporting daily. The main objective is to convert interested clients into qualified prospects and schedule meetings or calls with the hiring manager.

Key responsibilities

• Contact a daily list of existing clients and actively follow up with them.
• Make outbound calls to introduce Amana, understand client interest and generate qualified leads.
• Engage clients professionally with the goal of converting interest into qualified prospects.
• Record and track client responses, interest levels, follow‑up requirements and potential opportunities.
• Provide a detailed daily report covering names contacted, call outcomes, client responses and identified opportunities.
• Qualify interested clients and schedule meetings or calls with the hiring manager.
• Work closely with the existing sales team, learning from their experience and applying feedback.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or junior‑level candidate with a university degree.
• Self‑driven, proactive and disciplined to complete daily outreach and follow‑up activities.
• Quick learner of new systems and processes, maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.
