Junior Sales & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Packaging Solutions team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating sales activities and operational processes, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This is an entry‑level position ideal for a recent graduate who is fluent in Arabic, English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations and processing orders for packaging solutions.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and track delivery status with logistics partners.
• Communicate with customers in Arabic, English and French to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and operational data in internal systems.
• Assist in preparing reports on sales performance and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics and finance to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong motivation to start a career in sales and operations.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
