Junior Relationship Consultant

About the role

ET3Labs, the creator of AlKhattaba®, is seeking a Junior Relationship Consultant to support its worldwide matrimonial matchmaking platform. You will build trusted relationships with clients, understand their preferences, and guide them through the matchmaking journey while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients regularly, establishing trust‑based relationships.
• Assess client needs by asking tailored questions about their desired life partner.
• Search the platform’s databases to identify suitable matches.
• Present match proposals with transparency and clarity.
• Moderate and oversee conversations between clients and their matches.
• Facilitate negotiations to find common ground.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation.
• Suggest system enhancements and process improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or administration.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic marriage customs and traditions.
• Ability to adapt to diverse client personalities.

• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
