Dare21 is seeking a motivated Junior Paid Media Specialist to support its digital advertising efforts. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to develop their skills in an agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, and spend to ensure campaigns stay on track.
• Conduct basic audience, keyword, and competitor research.
• Support optimization efforts and creative testing to improve results.
• Prepare performance reports and highlight key insights for internal teams.
• Coordinate with content, design, and account management teams to align campaign assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience in digital advertising.
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
