Junior HR Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst to support payroll data analysis and HR shared services. The role involves handling payroll processing, maintaining employee master data, and generating insightful reports for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review employee master data and payroll inputs to identify discrepancies, missing information, or anomalies.
• Prepare regular payroll reports, data analysis, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Support payroll processing for assigned entities, including collection and validation of monthly payroll inputs.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR administrative activities, prepare employment certificates, and maintain employee records.
• Maintain employee master data in Workday and other HR systems, validate and cleanse data prior to migrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, HR administration, or HR operations.
• Previous exposure to payroll processes or HR shared services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with Workday or similar HR information systems.
• Ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling payroll information.
