Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Base, a boutique branding and content agency in Beirut, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its on‑site design team. The role blends visual craft with strategic thinking, supporting brand identity, campaign, and content creation across diverse sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand identities, campaign visuals, and digital assets.
• Create moodboards and creative concepts that translate strategic direction into visual language.
• Produce high‑quality design outputs, including logo systems, brand books, social media templates, packaging, and other multi‑channel assets.
• Collaborate with strategists and content teams to ensure alignment of creative and narrative.
• Participate in briefings, brainstorms, and creative reviews for multiple accounts.
• Maintain design consistency across social, digital, print, and motion touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas to advance the agency’s visual language.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaigns, and multi‑channel designs.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable presenting to internal and client audiences.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
