Junior Executive, Performance Marketing

About the role

ITP Live is the influencer and performance marketing division of ITP Media Group, which owns titles such as Cosmopolitan Middle East and Top Gear Middle East. Its Beirut performance team plans, runs and reports paid social and app-growth campaigns for global and regional brands across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider GCC, turning creator content into paid media. The Junior Executive builds and monitors campaigns, turns approved media plans into clean, correctly tracked campaigns, watches delivery daily and keeps reports and trackers accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Build campaigns in Meta, TikTok and Snapchat Ads Manager from approved media plans, including naming conventions, audiences, placements, creatives and UTMs.
• Check every account daily for delivery, spend pacing, ad rejections and learning-phase status, flagging issues the same day.
• Pull platform data, build weekly reports and keep dashboards up to date.
• Keep creative trackers current: sizes, Arabic and English versions, captions and approval status.
• Research competitor ads using Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center.
• Join client calls, take notes and follow up on actions.

Required profile

• 1+ year of hands-on work in Meta or TikTok Ads Manager on live campaigns with real budgets, not only coursework.
• Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: Snapchat Ads experience, Meta Blueprint or TikTok Academy certifications, exposure to GCC campaigns.

Required skills

• Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Close attention to detail, catching wrong links or missing sizes before launch.
