Junior Estimation & Tendering Specialist

About the role

Black Milk is seeking a motivated Junior Estimation & Tendering Specialist to support its lighting design and supply projects across architectural, commercial, hospitality and residential sectors. Based in Beirut, you will work closely with the sales and design teams to develop accurate quotations, cost estimates and tender documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lighting quotations and commercial offers.
• Assist in pricing and cost estimation for lighting projects.
• Review and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Produce technical data sheets and product submittals.
• Support tender documentation and submission processes.
• Review and work with AutoCAD drawings related to lighting layouts and BOQs.
• Organise project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist sales and design teams with technical and commercial requirements.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Background in lighting, architecture, interior design, construction, or technical sales is a plus.
