About the role

We are seeking a Junior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join XEETEK’s consulting team. The role is ideal for candidates with 0‑2 years of experience who are eager to develop functional consulting expertise on Microsoft’s ERP solution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in delivering Business Central projects for real clients.
• Support the analysis of business processes and help map them to ERP functionalities.
• Participate in configuration, testing and documentation activities under guidance.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or a related ERP environment.
• Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Motivation to learn functional consulting skills and grow on client projects.
