Junior Content Creator – Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Content Creator to join our fast‑growing digital agency, Dare21. You will collaborate with creative, video, design and account teams to develop engaging social‑media content for a diverse portfolio of regional and international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with each client’s goals and brand identity.
• Research trends, platform updates and best practices to keep content fresh.
• Write creative briefs, captions and post descriptions in English.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support video production days by preparing shot lists and on‑site coordination.
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Review published content for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Liaise with clients for approvals, feedback and content planning.
• Track progress and follow up with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of major social‑media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
