Junior Account Manager – NGO & Social Impact Focus

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Account Manager to support our NGO and social‑impact clients. Based in our Beirut office, you will coordinate between clients and internal creative teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on NGO and social‑impact projects.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal creative, content, digital, and production teams.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal tasks.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and project updates.
• Follow up on deliverables, feedback, approvals, and deadlines.
• Coordinate social media calendars, campaigns, reports, events, and communication materials.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment before client delivery.
• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, reports, and communication plans.
• Maintain organized records of briefs, feedback, approvals, timelines, and final deliverables.
• Respect NGO communication guidelines, terminology, beneficiary sensitivities, and donor requirements.
• Support event, campaign, and field‑activity coordination when required.
• Build professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Flag potential delays early and help find solutions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, communications, or project coordination.
• Previous experience with NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, development organisations, or NGO‑focused communications accounts (highly preferred).
• Experience in a communications, advertising, digital, or creative agency (advantageous).
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow‑up skills.
