IT Support Specialist – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Freelance IT Support Specialist to join our managed services team. You will provide remote assistance to customers across various industries, handling tickets via email, chat, and SMS.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote IT support for Office 365, Windows, and Windows Server environments.
• Respond promptly to support tickets and communicate clearly with customers to identify and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when needed.
• Document all support activities accurately in the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and logical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Office 365 administration.
• Windows and Windows Server troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
