About the role
We are seeking an IT leader to support Sales & Marketing transformation, driving the technologies that fuel revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital performance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT partner for Sales Operations and Marketing.
- Build and manage the commercial technology roadmap, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and digital experience platforms.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
- Advance data, analytics, and Customer 360 capabilities.
- Drive automation, AI/ML, and digital optimization across the customer journey.
- Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure successful project delivery.
Required profile
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT business partnering, solution architecture, or related roles.
- Proven experience supporting Sales and Marketing functions.
- Expertise with CRM and Martech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Background in digital/e‑commerce or online experience platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
