IT Audit Manager

About the role

Monty Finance is seeking an IT Audit Manager to ensure that its technology and system controls align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role will drive risk‑based audit planning, assess compliance, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, security, and data reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessment exercises and develop audit programs based on a risk‑based approach.
• Plan, execute, and document IT audit missions covering systems, infrastructure, and data processes.
• Collaborate with the internal audit team and senior management to identify risk areas and communicate findings.
• Prepare audit working papers, draft internal audit reports, and follow up on recommendations.
• Ensure audit work complies with IIA and ISACA standards.
• Review system acquisition, change management, and major enhancements for control effectiveness.
• Perform related duties such as fraud investigations, operational reviews, data analytics, and committee participation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of IT and information systems environments.
• Experience in risk‑based audit planning and execution.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and audit committees.
