Internal Auditor

About the role

Chedid Capital Group, a leading financial holding company in insurance and reinsurance, is seeking an Internal Auditor to strengthen its internal audit function. The role will focus on risk‑based audits, control assessments, and follow‑up reviews to ensure compliance, governance, and operational effectiveness across its global subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Continuous Auditing Program in collaboration with IT, Risk Management, and Data Analytics teams.
• Act as a liaison between Internal Audit and Risk Management within the ERM framework.
• Contribute to the Internal Audit Plan based on entity priorities and risk assessments.
• Participate in risk assessment projects and ensure relevance of audit findings.
• Execute internal audit projects, design audit programs, and conduct testing.
• Document testing results, validate findings with process owners, and prepare audit reports for Board and Executive Management.
• Coordinate audit visits, conduct process walkthroughs, and oversee follow‑up reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance or Audit focus.
• 4–8 years of experience in internal or external audit.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CISA, or CFE are preferred.
• Certification in Data Science or Data Analysis is advantageous.
