Insurance Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Services Sales Consultant to join a leading multinational insurance organization. This client‑facing role helps individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and choose suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients' financial protection and long‑term planning needs.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits and relevant financial considerations clearly.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing service and policy follow‑up.
• Generate new business through professional networking and prospecting.
• Work toward individual and team performance objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and market developments.

Required profile

• Applicants from insurance or other client‑facing backgrounds (sales, banking, customer service, real estate, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, client‑focused approach with the ability to work independently.
• Results‑oriented mindset and interest in a long‑term career in financial services.
• Official Bac II certificate required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
