Insurance Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Sales Advisor to join a leading multinational insurance organization. This client‑facing position helps individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and choose suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions. No prior insurance experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients' financial protection and long‑term planning needs.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection products, clearly explaining features and benefits.
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients, providing continuous service and policy follow‑up.
• Prospect new business through networking and professional outreach.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and market developments.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Client‑focused, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in financial services.
• Official Bac II certificate required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is a plus.
