About the role
We are looking for an energetic Insurance Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Jbeil. You will act as a Financial Security Advisor, helping clients protect their assets while earning a solid base salary and uncapped USD commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored insurance and financing advice to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, nurturing long‑term relationships.
- Deliver elite training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on products and regulations.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance and high service standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive “gift of gab”.
- Motivation to move beyond commission‑only roles.
- Fluent in Arabic (and comfortable discussing financial topics).
- Own a reliable car for client visits.
