About the role
The Insurance Agent will work on‑site in Jal El Dib, meeting prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, explain insurance products, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and process insurance applications.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers.
- Handle client inquiries and claims‑related questions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build a strong client portfolio and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven ability in insurance sales, identifying client needs and closing agreements.
- Knowledge of insurance products, brokerage practices, policy structures and underwriting basics.
- Understanding of finance concepts such as budgeting and risk management.
- Strong customer service skills with clear communication and professional issue resolution.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance or related field; professional insurance certifications are a plus.

- CRM or sales management tools proficiency
