About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Insurance Advisor to join our team on‑site in Jbeil. The role involves meeting clients, assessing their insurance needs, explaining coverage options, and recommending suitable products while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and propose appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes, review policies, handle renewals and assist with claims‑related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay current on company products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional, respectful customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles, guiding clients through complex decisions.
• Proven customer service skills with empathy, problem‑solving and follow‑through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple client files.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jbeil, collaborate with team members and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant educational background in business, finance, economics or a related field preferred.
