Instructional Technologist (Byblos Campus)

About the role

The Center for Innovative Learning is seeking an Instructional Technologist to join its Byblos campus team. Reporting to the Director of CIL, the professional will design and implement technology‑rich learning experiences, collaborating closely with faculty, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging educational technologies and methodologies.
• Partner with faculty and instructional designers to create technology‑enhanced course materials.
• Coordinate with IT to deploy and maintain learning platforms and tools.
• Apply multimedia design principles to produce engaging online content.
• Deliver training sessions and ongoing support for faculty on educational technologies.
• Develop custom or adapted solutions (e.g., Blackboard modules, web applications) to meet instructional needs.
• Generate data reports and communicate progress to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in instructional technology with a focus on multimedia integration.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
