Instagram DM Appointment Setter (ManyChat) – Remote Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DM appointment setter to manage our Instagram inbox and keep our outreach pipeline flowing. This remote, part‑time position involves handling Instagram Direct Messages, supporting two email inboxes, and coordinating calendars for calls and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Instagram inbox using ManyChat, respond to incoming DMs and maintain automated flows.
• Send brand and vendor outreach messages with existing templates and follow up to prevent cold conversations.
• Book, confirm, and remind participants of scheduled calls, ensuring low no‑show rates.
• Maintain an outreach tracker in Google Sheets, logging contacts, dates, messages, and next steps.
• Sort and reply to routine emails in two inboxes, flagging items that need decisions.
• Schedule calls across personal and business calendars without conflicts.
• Assist with light social‑media planning, drafting simple posting schedules around events.

Required profile

• Excellent written Arabic and English, clear and professional.
• Highly organized with the ability to keep trackers and calendars up‑to‑date.
• Strong familiarity with Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Comfortable using Instagram daily and navigating ManyChat.
• Available 20 hours per week on a PM shift aligned with Lebanon time.
• Own laptop and reliable high‑speed internet connection.
