Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing remote sales team. You will engage fully qualified inbound leads via calls and online meetings, understand their needs, and present tailored program solutions that deliver value and drive success.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging online meetings to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution‑based selling strategies.
• Utilise sales tools and resources to follow up consistently and close deals.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing, call centre, phone sales or virtual sales.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school graduate (college degree preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Access to a smartphone, laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Quick learner, tech‑savvy and able to thrive in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated to exceed sales goals and a sociable, likable personality.
