Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, driving revenue growth by engaging both existing and potential customers. You will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, present product and service offerings, and follow up to close opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and qualify leads.
• Present product and service portfolios and prepare quotations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Nurture client relationships, respond to inquiries, and identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support account‑management activities and monitor market trends.
• Align daily activities with company goals and promote a customer‑centric sales culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build trust.
• Experience in account management, pipeline follow‑up, and key‑account retention.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Beirut and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Previous experience in sales, distribution, FMCG or related sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
