Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role offers a motivated individual the chance to develop hands‑on expertise across server administration, networking, cloud services, and IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory services.
• Assist in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Contribute to the ongoing management of VMware virtualization platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure health, respond to system alerts, and escalate issues as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents relating to servers, storage, and network components.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
• Support backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery operations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure (advantage)
• VMware virtualization
• FortiGate firewalls and network security technologies (plus)
• Core networking concepts
