Influencer Marketing Executive

About the role

Toters is a tech-driven e-commerce and delivery platform connecting merchants, shoppers and customers. It is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands the influencer landscape and has experience building and managing relationships with content creators. The role covers planning and running influencer campaigns, coordinating events and activations, writing briefs and tracking performance across social media.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators
• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with influencers
• Leverage existing connections and grow a strong network within the influencer community
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns in line with brand and campaign objectives
• Prepare detailed influencer briefs and make sure deliverables are communicated clearly
• Plan and support influencer events, community gatherings and other activations
• Track influencer content and campaign performance across social media platforms and monitor deliverables against agreed timelines
• Prepare performance reports and share insights and recommendations based on results
• Stay up to date with social media and influencer trends and emerging creators

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the local influencer landscape and good connections with influencers and content creators
• Proven experience building relationships with influencers and planning and coordinating campaigns and events
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at once; creative, proactive and highly organized

Required skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance tracking
• Experience creating and communicating influencer briefs
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
