Influencer Campaign Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading influencer marketing agency based in Dubai to hire a remote Influencer Campaign Manager. You will support regional campaigns with a strong focus on the Arabic‑speaking market, working closely with the Dubai headquarters and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead influencer casting and execution across multiple campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and audience fit.
• Build and maintain a robust network of influencers, agents, and talent managers in the Middle East.
• Translate campaign briefs into strategic talent recommendations and manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign delivery, coordinating with strategy and client‑servicing teams.
• Monitor regional trends, emerging talent, and platform shifts to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success casting talent for campaigns across the Arabic‑speaking region.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely while staying aligned with a regional team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
