Influencer Campaign Manager – Beirut

About the role

WPP Media is seeking an Influencer Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of influencer marketing programs for its client portfolio in Beirut. You will act as the operational hub, translating client briefs into strategic influencer initiatives that drive brand objectives and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategies, creator shortlists and content formats aligned with brand goals and audience relevance.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign workflow: creator selection, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content review, publishing and reporting.
• Oversee budget planning, fee negotiation, spend tracking and finance reconciliation.
• Provide clients and internal teams with guidance on creator usage, content rights, paid amplification and platform best practices.
• Analyze performance data, extract insights and recommend optimisations for future activations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client communication, status updates and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior Executives, ensuring quality control and professional development.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, agents and platform partners to secure access and value.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and disclosure requirements.
• Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
