Income Protection Specialist – Base Salary + USD Commissions

About the role

MetLife is expanding its corporate unit in Lebanon and seeks an experienced Income Protection Specialist. You will act as a trusted financial consultant, helping families and businesses safeguard their income against unexpected events while leveraging your local network.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on income protection products, presenting tailored solutions.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses in the designated territories (Jbeil, Batroun, Adma, Zalka, Borj Hammoud, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships through regular follow‑up and service excellence.
• Participate in continuous executive training to stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, banking, retail, hospitality or a similar field.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Motivation to move away from commission‑only roles toward a stable, high‑earning career.
