Inbound Sales Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Inbound Sales Specialist to handle incoming client inquiries, understand their interior design needs, and guide them toward Naqsh’s premium wrapping solutions. Working remotely, you will turn interest into qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram direct messages.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate wrapping options.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintaining accurate records of conversations.
• Coordinate handovers and schedule client meetings with the Dubai‑based team.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of sales or client‑facing experience, preferably in interiors or design.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and confident in closing deals.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for generating design mock‑ups.
