Hybrid Online Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Online Sales Executive to manage and grow sales through digital channels. The role involves engaging with potential customers online, understanding their needs, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries through online platforms (website chat, email, social media, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.).
• Present and promote products or services to potential customers online.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer objections and concerns professionally.
• Analyze online sales trends and customer feedback to improve strategies.
• Perform customer retargeting through follow‑up calls, emails and messages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in online sales, tele‑sales, or digital sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility in working hours to align with customer availability, peak sales periods, and campaign requirements.
