About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Beirut. The role is full-time and on-site, supporting daily HR operations for a fast‑growing sportswear brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll and attendance administration.
  • Coordinate employee relations and performance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Handle daily HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of HR experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
